China : Tianjin, A Hidden Gem for Architectural Photography

Written by Mohamad Anwar bin Mohd Yusli

It is known for its historical relics, natural scenery, temples, churches, assembly halls and commemorative sites of Chinese revolution and this region is nothing short of a historic wonder in itself. I am amazed with the architectural scenery. I took a direct flight from KLIA to Tianjin. Tianjin itself, is a 1 hour drive from the capital of China, Beijing.

I visited the Radio and Television Tower. It is the 8th tallest freestanding tower in the world. Around the radio tower, there are beautiful gardens. I enjoyed the view and the breeze there, as the air is so refreshing and clear.

Then, I visited Minyuan Stadium. Minyuan Stadium is positioned as the city’s new “showroom” to welcome tourists as it was built for photography lovers. The architecture is such an eye candy to its visitors, as they built it in a British classical style landmark. It is a model place to shoot architecture style, curved and many door-ways makes astonishing pictures. Venues like these are my favourites because I can capture the fascinating architectural scenery. Tianjin is a place to visit, for people who would love to escape from hectic city-life. I would like to be back here again as I experienced so many beautiful moments.
